Mark is an expert at coming along side organizational leadership to design and facilitate engaging multi-stakeholder processes, including organizational redesigns, strategic planning workshops, program improvement efforts, leadership and programmatic forums, and team self-reviews.
Mark has served in over 40 different countries over the last 25 years, including living and working in both Papua New Guinea and China. He has been married to Susan for over 27 years and has 3 adult children.
