Scamper - Find creative ways to improve your project

SCAMPER is a creativity technique adapted by Bob Eberle that has been popularized by Michael Michalko in a book called Thinkertoy. It consists in a set of pre-conceived questions that will help you and your team to find creative ways in order to transform existing products or services into better ones or upgraded versions.

S - Substitute one of the components of your product
C - Combine one part of your product with another one
A - Adapt an external component to your product
M - Magnify or exaggerate
P - Put to another use
E - Eliminate and simplify components
R - Rearrange the way it works

Feel free to modify the template to adapt the questions to your challenge.
